We focus on the most important ingredient...the meat. All the pork from Roam Sticks comes from non-GMO, pasture raised pork from small family farms. (Try to find that in another snack stick.) While other pork snack products use corn-based citric acid and hydrogenated oils to process their sticks, we are using the healthier and tastier “old school” artisanal process. The meat is naturally fermented and then smoked with real hickory smoke. The result is a rich, savory, and simply delicious. These sticks will inspire you to get out and Get your Roam On!
Roam Sticks are free of the hydrogenated oils found in “encapsulated citric acid” (sometimes also referred to as citric acid.) This is a common ingredient in other snack sticks. Our sticks are shelf-stable through the artisan fermentation and smoking process.
Roam Sticks are made exclusively with dye-free collagen casings. (Industry Secret: The red dye found in most snack stick casings does not have to be listed in the ingredients on the label. It is considered an “industry standard”. If a snack stick is unnaturally red, it probably has red dye even if it isn’t listed on the label.)
